The Art from the Heart Project


AFAL's inaugural community service and enrichment program, Art from the Heart, is an ongoing project that links professional portrait artists with the families of American soldiers from Georgia killed in Iraq or Afghanistan.

elcome to the official web site of the Atlanta Fine Arts League, Inc. AFAL was created in the Fall of 2005 by a group of Atlanta area artists. Their goal was to provide professional visual artists, working in representational genres, opportunities for exhibition, art and business education, and to offer opportunities for community service through their art. Our professional artist members include painters, sculptors, print makers, designers and illustrators.

AFAL is an organization dedicated to creating an atmosphere for our professional artists to share ideas, find support and build professional relationships. Critique sessions, exhibitions, workshops,demonstrations and an online forum are just a few ways the League helps support its members and their careers.
