Wendy AdamsAfter graduating from the Yale School of Drama Wendy Adams began her career in The Arts as an Actor and Dancer in New York City. Her painting career began as a leading Designer of Needlepoint. Her designs sold widely throughout the U.S. and were featured in Arts in America. Today Wendy is known for her Children's Portraits, Still Life and Plein Air Landscapes. She won the National South Central Still LIfe Award in 2011. Her work appears in Atlanta at The Swan Coach House, Antiques of Vinings and Tula Studios and in Nashville at The Local Color Gallery. Her work has also been displayed at The Left Bank in St. Simons and in Madison, Cartersville, Newnan and around Georgia. Tim BeachamA native of Atlanta; married since 1970; two adult children; Tim painted his first oil in 1962, but began in earnest in the 1990s. Virtually self-taught, he began working with a local artist, Gregory Johnson, in 1999. He is currently studying with Jim Schell and Marc Chatov. His favorite and most challenging works are portraits but enjoys still life, landscapes, and anything else that catches his eye. |

Eleanor "Bootsie" CallahamJFCHAM@aol.com An Atlanta native, Eleanor has been painting for over thirty years. Portraiture is her love, and her portraits may be found in numerous private collections. Painting pets, still life and landscape are also a joy to her. Having studied with acclaimed local artists, she has been a finalist in local, regional and national juried art exhibits. Eleanor is a member of The Atlanta Fine Arts League, The Atlanta Artists Club, The Portrait Society of America and a juried member of The Portrait Society of Atlanta.

Dede Collicottrbcoll@bellsouth.net Originally from Florida, Dede graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting, and a Degree in Art Education from the University of Colorado. Over the years, she has continued to study painting through classes and workshops. She is a member of the Atlanta Artists Center and Atlanta Fine Arts League. Working in watercolor, oil and acrylic, Dede has exhibited in juried shows in Colorado and Georgia. |

Carol Kelly Dorncarolkellydorn@knology.net Carol Kelly Dorn is an award-winning artist who received her art degree from Georgia Southern University. She is interested in all forms of art & has been painting & drawing portraits in various media for over 20 years. In 2004, she experienced the rare opportunity to spend 3 weeks at the Musee du Louvre in Paris to recreate a copy of an Old Master's painting on site. The Art from the Heart Project is particularly close to Carol's own heart, since her father, Major Charles Kelly, a Dustoff medivac helicopter pilot, was killed in Vietnam as he attempted, under fire, to rescue wounded soldiers. She resides in Evans, Georgia. |

Paolo Chiezzi"Paolo moved as a Mechanical Engineer from Tuscany to Atlanta in 2005. One night he struggled to paint a hug that never happen between his mom and his daughter. *Nancy Ellison EverettNancy Everett graduated from the University of Georgia with a BFA. During her studies at UGA, she studied art abroad in Cortona, Italy. Working primarily in oil and pastel, exploration of color remains the single most important thing that influences her subject matter selection, and for that reason her work is considered impressionistic in style. Nancy has been juried into over 30 regional and national shows. She is a member of the Southeastern Pastel Society and a juried member of the Atlanta Artists Center. She was recently selected to be an artist in residence in Breckenridge, Colorado. |

Pat Aubé GrayBorn in New York, Pat Aubé Gray lived in Maine, Texas, and Florida working in fine and commercial art as well as corporate business. In 1998 she moved to Blairsville, Georgia and resumed painting full-time. Self-taught, Pat Aubé Gray paints realistic still lifes, landscapes, figurative and portraits in several media. Being a dedicated student of art since 2000, she has atteded workshops with David Leffel, Robert A. Johnson, Sally Strand, Albert Handell, and Morgan Samuel Price. Program and felt compelled to volunteer for such a worthwhile endeavor.
She paints in both oil and pastels and combines a slightly impressionistic background with

Sherry NeedleSherry Needle studied at the State University of Iowa and at The American Academy of Art in Chicago where she received a solid background in drawing, anatomy and painting. Sivananda NyayapathiSivananda (Siva) has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Siva moved his family to Atlanta in 1996 and he started his pursuit of art again in 1997. Siva is a juried member of the Portrait Society of Atlanta and served as a board member for two years. Kathleen RyanKathleen Ryan started oil painting at age 11. She later graduated from the State University of New York with her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Cum Laude Honors. Though she paints landscapes and still-life, her passion is with portraits. She is an award-winning oil painter who often takes first place, best of show, and people's choice. Her commissioned works can be found all over North America. She has completed portraits of families as well as professionals. One of her most cherished experiences was in donating portraits to the families of fallen soldiers as a member of the Fine Arts League. Kathleen's works have the ability to reach people and make them happy. She enjoys sharing her artistic gift of oil painting through exhibitions and commissions. Bayberry L. ShahAfter studies in both music and art, Bayberry found a new avenue for her creative energies by capturing macro shots of flowers with her camera. Charles Young WallsAfter an initial foray into equestrian art and portraiture in the late 80’s and early 90’s, Charles then spent a decade eschewing the public eye while honing his painting skills in the commercial arena. In the last few years, he has returned to the field of portraiture and other fine art. He enjoys a growing reputation as an award winning painter and has exhibited in numerous shows in the South, as well as Texas, New England, Colorado and New York City. In their November 2009 issue, he was featured as one of Southwest Art Magazine’s "21 Over 31" Emerging Artists of 2009. Charles and his wife currently live in the Atlanta area.
